Both the Bundle and Individual flowers can be planted.
You can separate the Bundle to get all 4 varieties of the hyacinths.
The Bundle of Hyacinths can be found under Decorations-Plants.

When you are near the Hyacinths Plant, you will get a 2 hour buff.
This feature, if deemed annoying, can be turned off by clicking on the plant.
